I will not be surprised at all if, Manipur boy Samson Thapa (22) bags the "Best Employee
of the Year Award" soon, may be, in next three months.
This Senior Guest Service Associate at Radisson Hyderabad Hitec City is
presently working in Cascade, the
100 seater All Day Dining Restaurant. Since April 2014, till this date, 64
guests have been dazzled and delighted by him; they were magnanimous enough to
write his name in the guest comment cards.
He will talk to his mom everyday over his mobile phone.
His younger sister Rossy is studying
in 12th class. Both of them are living in Manipur.
"You have a chance to interact with different people
from different countries; there is so much to learn from the guests. Every
guest offers you a new experience" says Samson.
"I do make the guests feel valued and important
every time I interact with them" was the answer, when I asked him to share
the secret of lapping up positive feedback from the guests.
Pencil Sketching, playing football, contemporary dancing
are his hobbies.
