"I AM VERY HAPPY"
In just six days he took a bold decision." Enough. I
will shift to Hyderabad".
Feb 02, 2015. That is the day Telangana born T Shekar(26) had joined the Lemon Tree Hotel, Gachibowli, Hyderabad. The handicap in his right leg got him a job in this hotel in the Front Office. The role assigned to him
is handling the back office work. He is one of the EWDs of this hotel.
For the last five days, Shekar will start from his home
in Sankarpally at 6.30am, his friend P Yadayya, a police constable working in
Sanath Nagar police station, in Hyderabad, will drop him at the Sankarpally
Railway station. From here, he will
travel to Lingampally Railway Station, get down and then by bus will reach
Mehdipatnam...take another bus to Wipro circle in Gachibowli...from here walk
down to the hotel which is 1.5 kms away from the bus stop..Shekar will walk for
another 20 minutes to reach the hotel....
Shekar has taken a decision."Soon, I will shift to
Chanda Nagar". This place in Hyderabad is just 14 kms from the hotel. If he takes the bus then he will reach the hotel in half an hour. Already a rented house has been
identified in Chanda Nagar.
Good idea. For a physically challenged person, travelling for four
hours every day, changing two trains and two buses will indeed be very difficult.
Shekar’s decision is very appropriate.
Many of his co-workers are yet to know that he has been
the Chess Champion of college during his Degree final year. Commerce Graduate Shekar
is very happy that he is now part of the Lemon Tree Hotel Group.
"I am very happy here" says Shekar.
