FROM THE TRIDENT BHUBANESWAR…………….3

TWO GENTLEMEN OF TRIDENT BHUBANESWAR

Dear Mr. Mallia,

I trust you are having a comfortable stay with us at Trident Bhubaneswar.

While servicing your room, I noticed your shaving foam is about to get over, therefore I have taken the liberty of replenishing the same.

Please let me know if I can be of any assistance to you.

Regards
Govind (Housekeeping)

A brief note. On a small thing. The above referred letter written on 03 Jan 2015 is self explanatory. Seemingly, this is a small thing. But, as a guest, for me, it has been a high impact touch point. I was moved by this gesture. This is one.

Suresh, another senior in housekeeping on the same day did "small" favor to me. Please see the picture of the idol. I do carry this idol every time when I travel. Without this idol I will never travel. Please see the pic closely. Have you seen two laddus kept in front of the God. These laddus were placed by Suresh. Selflessly. Believe it or not, all the Oberoi/Trident hotels will provide me flowers. Some may provide agarbathis and a stand also. But, it is for the first time, somebody is offering the Prasad (here, the "Prasad" being the laddus) to my God. For the second time, I was moved in a three days stay in a five star hotel.

Is this a New Year gift from God Ganesha? Possible, God's ways are very mysterious.

Both unforgettable experiences popped up from the Housekeeping Department. Both Suresh and Govind are the load bearing pillars of this hotel. Both are hardworking and dedicated to their work.

Any hotel employee can become a guest centric person just by anticipating the needs of the guests. The thing which we think are seemingly small or silly may be a big thing for the guests.

On behalf of all the guests who are presently staying in the Trident Bhubaneswar, I would love to bless the family members of Sureshji and Govindji with peace, poise, prosperity, progress, abundance, wealth, happiness and spirituality.

Thank you Govindji!! Thank you Sureshji!!
