                           HOW IT ALL BEGAN …THE STORY OF SRINIVAS KADADI!

"Srini, last financial year we did it for 33 days. I think, we can do 100 days this year. Let us try" said Narotam Singh - Area General Manager, Lemon Tree Premier Hyderabad looking very confident.

Yes it was Narotam’s idea to bounce the idea of 100 % occupancy for 100 days on the trot – at the Red Fox, Hyderabad.

Srinivas, General Manager at Red Fox, Hyderabad and Narotam were analysing the figures of 2015 -16. That was the time when Narotam threw this challenge to Srinivas. This conversation happened in the first week of April 2016 - that was the beginning of this journey.

On August 24, 2016 by midnight Redfox did the unimaginable. They clocked 100 per cent occupancy for 100 days on the trot.  All their 121 rooms remained full for 100 days!!

Great achievement indeed...the entire Lemon Tree family was on cloud 9!!! Stunningly spectacular achievement it was!!

On August 30th with 107 days their enviable run came to an end. But indeed a spectacular job by Srinivas Kadadi and his team. He deserves a big round of applause. The entire hotel industry of India will salute him for this unprecedented achievement.  Srinivas is very grateful to Narotam for setting a high bar and stretching his imagination.

38 year old Srinivas is married to Mamta Singh, who is Assistant Manager HR at Lemon Tree Gachibowli. A post graduate in tourism and hospitality, he started his career as a Trainee in Ramoji Film City Hotel Sitara.

Hotel Golkonda, Fortune Katria (both in Hyderabad), Fortune Inn Srikanya at Vizag (he was the first employee of this hotel) were his next stops. In 2008, he became the Front Office Manager at Best Western Hyderabad after which he also served at Daspalla Hotels Vizag as their Front Office Manager. He joined Lemon Tree Group in July 2012 at Redfox Hyderabad and went onto become its General Manager in August 2015. It seems August is a lucky month for Srinivas. He became the General Manager of Redfox in August; 100 x 100. Blockbuster also happened in August. 

Reading books is his hobby.

Redfox has two hotels in Delhi and one in Jaipur.  80 room Redfox will be opened shortly in Trichy, Tamil Nadu.
