FROM JET AIRWAYS, NEW DELHI

                  MAKING JET AIRWAYS PROUD

I really do not recall how many times I have written appreciation mails on this Service Manager. I am talking about Sheetal Seth, the load bearing pillar of Jet Airways’ "Meet and Assist" team at New Delhi.

This team is also called MAAS. Sheetal is presently working as Guest Relations Manager.

From interacting with highly placed Government officials to VIPs to Celebrities to CIPs (Commercially Important People) to escorting small people like me is her main job. It was two years back that I had met her at New Delhi airport. There were other MAAS team members also. But she stood out. I could see her sincerity, at the first sight in her body language and talk lines.

Not even once, she has delegated the work when I had bounced an assistance request to her. She has always executed the requests herself…very quick footed she is and she commands respect from other colleagues. I had volleyed my bad experiences also with her - she was there to apologise profusely without any inhibitions. She is very proficient in service recovery is what I found profoundly appealing in her.

Sheetal goes out of the way to help people. I have observed this myself. In fact, I have personally complimented her whenever I had seen her doing the right things for the passengers. She is exceptionally professional. A great credit to the Jet Airways Delhi team.

She can speak in English, Hindi and Punjabi. Listening to music is her hobby. She is a graduate and is qualified in Travel and Tourism Management too. The ‘Merit Award’ from Jet Airways sat on her shoulders lightly in 2005.
But passengers like me will always remember her for the flawless and impeccable service.

I am a Platinum Card Holder of Jet Airways. I honestly feel that, it is the staff members like Sheetal Seth who enhance the brand image of Jet Airways.

I wish Sheetal Seth, the great, good luck and Godspeed.
