FROM RED FOX, HYDERABAD

                           THE 100 X 100 BLOCKBUSTER

"We are waiting for two more arrivals – and we will clock 100 % occupancy for 100 consecutive days.  Tonight we will cross the 100th day" said Srinivas Kadadi, General Manager of Red Fox, Hyderabad while speaking to me yesterday at 9.00 PM. I was staying in Lemon Tree Amarante Beach Resort, Goa and Srinivas was calling me from Hyderabad.

It is really a good news indeed. Unprecedented achievement. Unbelievable too. Today (Aug 24, 2016) Red Fox will be painting the town Red. The celebrations will last the whole day. Special arrangements have been made for the 10.00 AM tea break with high profile snacks, a special lunch has been organised and a 5 kg Cake, Pizzas and Snacks has been lined up for the evening tea at 4.00 PM.

Red Fox Hyderabad team is really on Cloud 9!

"This will stand out as the biggest achievement of our life time - for us as well as for the entire Lemon Tree family. As a Lemon Tree member, we always have had the mind-set to help others - especially the less privileged. We would like to share our happiness on this occasion by feeding poor orphans today "says Srinivas.

Now listen to Narotam Singh - the Area General Manager of Lemon Tree Hotels at Hyderabad, "It means that the whole Indian Hospitality Industry will be looking at us for being unique market leaders in terms of occupancy. Yes, we are the best in personalised customer service beating the best of luxury and mid segment brands. It is because of our intention to focus on customer delight and we have achieved this as a team".

I am not surprised at all. It is the relentless and consistent quality of service that has attracted guests to Red Fox. That said, all Lemon Tree Hotels do provide the best product with human touch and anticipatory service.

"It was always a pleasure to be in the service industry, assisting known and unknown people. I have always been very happy with Lemon Tree. We are really excited and delighted for achieving this milestone. It is an unforgettable and sweet landmark in our lives and we are proud to be part of this success" says Srinivas.

Srinivas is married to Mamtha Singh, and is blessed with two daughters - Aanvi and Aarvi. May be his twin daughters have brought this luck to Srinivas.

I am thankful to God that I am writing this blog sitting in a heritage suite at yet another outstanding property of Lemon Tree - The Amarante Beach Resort in Goa.
