Read on.... he owns the guests in both 7th and 8th club floors, also he runs the 80 seater Westin Executive Club Lounge, (hereafter WECL) again located in the 7th and 8th floor. These two club floors have 54 picturesque rooms which encompasses six suites also. SPG guests who are Platinum members, Guests who pay for the Club category and above, long staying guests, and of course, the VVIPs stay in these two floors.

Some info on the WECL: This is a private reception area too. The guests can check in and check out from the lounge. That too sit down check in and sit down check out. Any requirement of the guests, Abhishek and his six member army team (one Team Leader, one Senior Guest Service Associate (GSA) two GSAs and one Trainee) will respond to the requirements of the guests with astonishing accuracy.

The lounge remains open for 24 hours, but it will be unmanned from 12 pm to 6am. For any help needed the guests in these two floor can just press '0', the staff member will appear in no time.

In the morning it is Super Food Breakfast. The guest can order lunch from the lounge and enjoy the same, while continuing with his work, in a very serene, calm work environment that the lounge offers. The cocktail in the evening hours (6.30pm to 8.30pm) is another USP. Every day, for dinner, food from any one of the three F&B venues will be offered to the guests. The F&B venues are: Seasonal Tastes (multi cuisine) PREGO (Italian) and EEST (Pan Asian).

"We will update the requirements of the club floor guests in the STARGUEST portal, so that everyone in the hotel also, all the Starwood Hotels all over the world will know about the preferences of the guests" says Abhishek Luthria.

Juices, Tea and Coffee are readily available round the clock. Five numbers forty inch plasma TVs are seen studded on the walls so that the guests can unwind and relax. The board room in the 8th floor offers complimentary usage for two hours per stay. Well appointed board room with conference facilities plus a well equipped business centre at 8th floor is a boon for any business travelers staying in this hotel.

Travelling is Abhishek's passion. Eating local food of the place where he visits, talking to guests and knowing more about their needs, travelling by train etc are his hobbies. He has visited USA, West Indies, Cayman Islands, Dubai, UK and Nepal.

He lives in Delhi with his parents. Dad, his elder sister, his brother in law, all three are Medical Doctors by profession. His mom is a Pathologist. His grand father also has been a Medical Doctor. In Westin Gurgaon New Delhi Abhishek nurses the souls of the club floor guests!!!.
