TRUSTWORTHY TOPPO

"Every year I have been given increment. I am very happy with my salary" says Stewarding Associate Ajit Toppo (40) at The Westin Sohna Resort and Spa, Gurgaon. Importantly, Toppo will be completing eight years of service with this hotel by this December.

So, what is so special about Ajit Toppo,who is a 12th  standard  fail ?

"He never says NO to any work allotted to him. While he is helpful and hardworking is one thing. At the same time, he is very cooperative and collaborative is another”.

"Salary is given on time, HR is very caring; I can share my problems freely; after finishing my shift at 10pm, I will get a drop to Westin Gurgaon. From there I will be dropped at my home in Ayanagar, Delhi" says Ajit Toppo, a god loving person married to Teresa, a homemaker. His son Rohit, studying in Sarvodaya Senior Secondary School in Green Park, Delhi happens to be the School team captain of the football team. "He also studies well" says Ajit, who has been an active Hockey and football player.

                                                 

"In my eight years of service, not even once, I have been absent from the work" asserts Toppo.

"I know very well about the Westin standards. In terms of cleanliness and hygiene, we are one of the best hotels in the entire Asia Pacific region".
