FROM THE "GOD'S OWN COUNTRY"

KOCHI'S LANDMARK....UNDOUBTEDLY

The pamphlet on CROWNE PLAZA KOCHI, located in Maradu, Ernakulam claims that the hotel happens to be the Kochi's Landmark. Surely, it is not an overstatement. I will say that the hotel Staff members are bold to be trumpetic...

Sample this:  This 269 rooms/suites with panoramic views of backwaters happen to be the largest hotel in Kerala in terms of rooms’ inventory.

-This hotel located within a tranquil waterfront setting, boasts of one of the largest HOTEL SPAS in Kerala namely SOHUM, with 25,000 sq.ft of dedicated area. The facilities include seven treatment rooms for Ayurveda, Western and Oriental therapies and one couple suite with private Jacuzzi.

-Two swimming pools- one in the 2nd floor, just next to the MOSAIC, an all day dining restaurant featuring International cuisine in world-class buffets and a la carte meals. The second pool is closer to the backwaters, near the CROWNE PLAZA Lawns.

- Yet another Unique Selling Proposition being the Hotel views overlooks manicured gardens and picturesque backwaters.

"Plans  are on the anvil", says Sanjay Kaushik, General Manager, CROWNE PLAZA KOCHI,
"to open SKYGRILL, the roof top restaurant located on the 15th floor, in the month of August 2014".

This will surely be an embellishment to the F&B venues of this hotel. Amazingly, TRILOGY, the seafood restaurant has already caught an eye of the food lovers of the city. This restaurant combines the magic of three different cuisines-Continental, Chinese and Indian.

Remember: This hotel is part of IHG (Intercontinental Hotels Group), headquartered in London. This happens to be the largest Hotel Management Company, with 4,700 hotels, in hundred countries. India has one Intercontinental Hotel in Mumbai, six CROWNE PLAZAS, six Holiday Inns, and three Holiday Inn Express hotels. More hotels are on the way........

The South West Asia Headquarters of IHG is located in Gurgaon, Haryana.
